Our
Services Include;
Wildlife Management -
We offer help with White-tailed deer breeding to rejuvenate
a deer herd, offer commercial hunting opportunities
and to manage the rejuvenated herd.
Our Habitat Management strategies include various
habitat management techniques including select thinning
of juniper, native grass planting, water management.
We develop wildlife management plans, a requirement
in order to file for a tax exemption in Texas for managing
land for wildlife. This tax exemption is the Agricultural
Exemption for Wildlife (1-d-1w). This is a great way
to help maintain native species and save some money
doing it.
We can help estimate breeding waterfowl populations.
This information can be used to help set migratory bird
hunting regulations, such as bag limits and season lengths,
for waterfowl.
Land Use & Construction Consulting -
In order to be licensed by the Federal Communications
Commission, all environmental regulations including
the National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species
Act, and many regulations governing commercial land
development must be considered.
Well planned and carefully executed geotechnical exploration
programs and well coordinated design support combined
with field quality control and monitoring can provide
significant cost savings on a project.
Historical Use Information -- A historical review of
your site and surrounding properties will be conducted
to evaluate past land use and to identify items of potential
environmental concern.
Site and Area Reconnaissance – EPIC, LLC
staff will conduct a visual site inspection to document
the current environmental condition of the site. In
addition, adjacent properties will be observed from
the boundaries of the site to evaluate potential off-site
environmental concerns.
NEPA Compliance Screening – EPIC, LLC will perform
a NEPA Threshold Screen on each site to comply with
47 CFR Chapter 1.1307(a) 1-8. The NEPA screen will be
presented in a checklist based format and submitted
with all documentation and biological recommendations.
Legal & Regulatory Consulting -
We can assist with licensing by the Federal Communications
Commission, as well as consult on environmental regulations
including the National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered
Species Act, and other regulations governing commercial
land development.

• This client was interested in breeding south
Texas white-tailed deer for sale to ranches, to rejuvenate
his own deer herd on his ranch and at some point, offer
commercial hunting opportunities on his ranch to manage
the rejuvenated herd.

• This couple wanted to reclaim their land by
utilizing various habitat management techniques including
select thinning of juniper, native grass planting, water

Construction
Client: Corporate Developer
• This client designed and constructed a network
of cellular towers across Texas. In order to be licensed
by the Federal Communications Commission, this corporation
had to clear all environmental regulations including
the National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species
Act, and many regulations governing commercial land
development.
Harvest
Information Program
Client: Government Entity
• This government office utilized our expertise
to help improve their Harvest Information Program (HIP).
HIP is a nationwide program governed by the U.S. Fish
and Wildlife Service to collect good harvest data in
order to estimate harvest of migratory game birds such
as waterfowl. This information is absolutely necessary
to help set migratory bird hunting regulations, such
as bag limits and season lengths, each season for ducks,
geese, dove, woodcock, snipe, cranes, etc.
Prescribed
Fire
Client: Private Landowner
• This landowner also wished to reclaim and rejuvenate
his habitat for all species, primarily for grazing purposes,
but also for game birds such as dove and quail. Prescribed
fire is an excellent tool for reclaiming native grasses
which are the basis for good range management.

• This government office utilized our expertise
