Our Services Include;

    Wildlife Management - We offer help with White-tailed deer breeding to rejuvenate a deer herd, offer commercial hunting opportunities and to manage the rejuvenated herd.

    Our Habitat Management strategies include various habitat management techniques including select thinning of juniper, native grass planting, water management. We develop wildlife management plans, a requirement in order to file for a tax exemption in Texas for managing land for wildlife. This tax exemption is the Agricultural Exemption for Wildlife (1-d-1w). This is a great way to help maintain native species and save some money doing it.

   We can help estimate breeding waterfowl populations. This information can be used to help set migratory bird hunting regulations, such as bag limits and season lengths, for waterfowl.

    Land Use & Construction Consulting - In order to be licensed by the Federal Communications Commission, all environmental regulations including the National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, and many regulations governing commercial land development must be considered.

    Well planned and carefully executed geotechnical exploration programs and well coordinated design support combined with field quality control and monitoring can provide significant cost savings on a project.

    Historical Use Information -- A historical review of your site and surrounding properties will be conducted to evaluate past land use and to identify items of potential environmental concern.

     Site and Area Reconnaissance – EPIC, LLC staff will conduct a visual site inspection to document the current environmental condition of the site. In addition, adjacent properties will be observed from the boundaries of the site to evaluate potential off-site environmental concerns.

    NEPA Compliance Screening – EPIC, LLC will perform a NEPA Threshold Screen on each site to comply with 47 CFR Chapter 1.1307(a) 1-8. The NEPA screen will be presented in a checklist based format and submitted with all documentation and biological recommendations.

    Legal & Regulatory Consulting - We can assist with licensing by the Federal Communications Commission, as well as consult on environmental regulations including the National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, and other regulations governing commercial land development.
